Digital Marketing Coordinator at Sandhill Digital


Sandhill Digital, an acclaimed performance marketing agency, is looking for a motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.


This junior position offers a unique opportunity to contribute across various digital marketing platforms, supporting our clients' growth and acquisition goals. As a key player in our marketing team, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Manager, and Director of Client Strategy & Success, helping to drive success across paid social, search, email, SMS marketing initiatives, and client reporting.


This job has the option to be remote, but preference will be made for candidates in the Omaha metro area.


Responsibilities:

  1. Traffic ad assets from creative team or client, keeping things correctly organized so we can easily find things when we need them.
  2. Build paid social ads in various marketing platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager per guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Client Strategy and Success.
  3. Build paid search ads in various marketing platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads per guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Client Strategy and Success
  4. Design email layouts per guidance from the senior graphic designer
  5. Build marketing emails and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.
  6. Attend strategy and client meetings and take notes for the team's use and reference at a later date
  7. Attend monthly client reporting calls, and then take the transcripts from those calls and write them up into fluent and persuasive recaps of the previous month's performance that will be shared directly with the clients
  8. Pull and or confirm the accuracy of data from various marketing platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads


Required Qualifications

  1. Associate's degree or demonstrated ability in digital marketing / graphic design
  2. 1+ years of paid social media experience
  3. 1+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc
  4. 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics or other marketing analytic tools such as TripleWhale, Supermetrics, or Marketer’s Compass
  5. 1+ years of graphic design work, preferably for email marketing campaigns
  6. Strong oral and written communication skills — the ability to write fluently and persuasively
  7. Strong attention to detail — data accuracy is very important in what we do
